PENANGKAPAN NON-OSSEOUS TECHNETIUM-99M METHYLENE DIPHOSPHONATE (TC-99M MDP) PADA PEMERIKSAAN SIDIK TULANG

چکیده

Penangkapan non-osseous pada pemeriksaan sidik tulang dengan menggunakan radiofarmaka Technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate (Tc-99m MDP) dapat disebabkan karena proses neoplasma, trauma, inflamasi, iskemik, dan artefak. Perubahan metabolisme lesi diketahui pencitraan Tc-99m MDP. Lesi jaringan lunak terlihat adanya peningkatan aktivitas area fokal. Tujuan penulisan telaah pustaka ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penangkapan MDP tulang. Metode penelitian tinjauan dari semua literatur mengenai yang dipublikasikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir hingga 2022. Hasil didapatkan bahwa identifikasi tepat memberikan petunjuk diagnostik patologis. Kesimpulan informasi tambahan sehingga mengurangi risiko salah interpretasi membaca hasil
